Word out of southern California is that they have found their new GM to take them back to the promised land.
A GM ready to make an impact
A very inexperienced simulation GM Dave Covin was brought in for his new age thinking, laid back attitude, and productivity.
When asked about what brought him to LA, Covin's response was simple.
"I loved 'The OC' show," he said.
Covin also said he can't wait for the upcoming dispersal draft where he can show the fan base why he was brought in. He is looking to be very aggressive and have the most truculent, fast, and hungry team in BEARD Hockey.
As the first 'ginger general manager', Covin is looking to break stereotypes and walls that have always limited redhead opportunities in professional sports.
