This Privacy Policy describes BEARD Hockey (herein known as "the League") policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information while engaging in our League. When hired for a GM position in our League, you (herein known as "GM") agree to the collection of information in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

 

Personally identifiable information may include:

-- Email address

-- First name and last name

-- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City

We do not track usage data or cookies, nor use any form of tracking technology, during your use of the League website (or Slack messaging service). Any data as described above is never used for any non-League purpose and will never be given, transferred, or sold to any third party. Under certain circumstances, the League may be required to disclose personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (ie: a court or a government agency).

The security of personal data is vital to the League, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

The League does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to become a GM. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

The League website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by the League. If a GM clicks on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise GM's to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify GM's of any changes via email and by posting them on this page. We will update the "Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Notice when such changes occur as well. You are advised to review this Privacy Notice periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Notice are effective when they are posted on this page.
